Warranty Registration

Registering your fountain

Your warranty is registered automatically when your order is placed, and it runs for 5 years from the delivery date. There is nothing you have to fill in.

If you would like it confirmed in writing, or the fountain was a gift and you want the cover moved into your name, email support@averyscove.com with the order number and the registration code printed on the quick-start card in the box. We will send confirmation back the same or next business day.

What is covered

• The pump and motor, including a pump that gets noisy or stops circulating
• The stainless steel basin, lid and drinking edge
• Electronics — the USB-C port, power board, auto shut-off and UV-C lamp
• Manufacturing and material defects that show up in normal daily use

What is not covered

• Carbon filters and the dental additive — these are consumables
• Accidental damage, drops, chewing or a unit run dry over a long period
• Scale build-up where filters were not replaced every 4–6 weeks
• Units taken apart beyond normal cleaning, or repaired by someone else
• Cosmetic marks that do not affect how the fountain runs

Making a claim

1. Email support@averyscove.com with your order number and a short description of what the fountain is doing
2. A photo or short video helps us identify the fault first time
3. We ship a replacement pump module free — you do not return the whole unit and you do not pay shipping
4. If a replacement module does not fix it, we replace the entire fountain

The warranty covers hardware faults. If the fountain simply is not right for you or your dog, use the 90-Night Guarantee for a full refund.
