Pavi only asks for what it takes to get your fountain to the right door and look after you afterwards. We do not sell your information to anyone.

What we collect

Order details — name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number
The fountain size you chose, so we can help with filters and replacements
Payment confirmation from our payment provider — we never see or store your card number
Anything you tell us by email, including warranty and setup questions
Basic device and browsing information, such as pages viewed and how you found us

How we use it

To take payment, pack your order and get it delivered
To send order confirmations, dispatch notices and tracking
To handle returns, refunds and warranty claims
To answer your questions about setup, filters and care
To check orders for fraud before we ship
To understand how the site is used so we can make it better
To send occasional emails about filter reminders and offers — only if you opted in, and every one has an unsubscribe link

Who we share it with

Only the companies that make the order happen: our payment provider, the carrier delivering your parcel, the platform hosting this store, and our email and analytics providers. Each handles your information under contract and only for that purpose. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies to keep your cart and checkout working and, if you accept them, to measure how the store is used. You choose when you first arrive, and you can change your mind at any time using the cookie link in the footer. Our Cookie Policy has the detail.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Warranty registrations are kept for the length of the warranty. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may also be able to object to certain uses or ask for your data in a portable form. Email support@averyscove.com and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting an order record may mean we can no longer process a return or warranty claim for it.

Children

This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will remove them.
