How to start a return

1. Email support@averyscove.com with your order number and say whether you want a refund or a replacement
2. We reply within one business day with return instructions
3. Send the parcel back and keep the tracking receipt until your refund lands

What to send back

• The fountain itself — basin, pump and USB-C cable
• Original packaging where you still have it, though it is not essential
• No need to return used filters, the part-used dental additive, the travel bottle or the splash mat
• Please rinse and empty the basin before it travels

Refund timing

We check returns the day they arrive. Once approved, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, and your bank may take a few days more to display it. Original shipping is refunded when an order arrived faulty or incorrect.

Two-fountain orders

Bought two at the bundle price? Return one and we refund what you actually paid for that unit under the offer, not the full single price — the discount stays with the one you keep. Return both and you are refunded in full.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If the fountain arrives damaged, does not switch on, or the wrong size turns up, send a photo to support@averyscove.com and we will ship a replacement straight away at no cost. You do not need to return the original first.

After 90 nights

Hardware faults stay covered for 5 years — a pump that goes noisy or stops circulating is replaced free under the extended warranty. The 90-night window is for changing your mind; see the 90-Night Guarantee for the full detail.

Cancelling an order

We pack fast, so email us as soon as you can. If the parcel has not been collected we cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already gone, treat it as a return once it arrives.

Filter subscriptions

Refills can be paused or cancelled at any time before the next dispatch. An unopened refill pack can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
