Shipping Policy

Orders placed on a business day are packed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next business day. Every order ships tracked.

Your exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay — nothing is added afterwards. Two-fountain orders ship free.

We do not ship outside the United States and Canada yet. If you would like one sent elsewhere, email support@averyscove.com and we will let you know when we open your country.

You get an order confirmation straight away and a tracking link the moment the parcel leaves us. If the tracking has not moved for five business days, email us and we will chase the carrier.

Everything ships together in one box — the fountain, the filters and all of the free gifts. Ordered two fountains? They travel in the same parcel, not two separate deliveries.

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within a couple of hours and we will correct it before the parcel is collected. Once it has been handed to the carrier we cannot redirect it.

If a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours and your building first, then contact us — we will open a claim with the carrier and make it right.

Filters last 4 to 6 weeks for one dog, closer to 3 weeks in a busy multi-dog home or with hard water. Your order includes three, which covers roughly the first four months.

If you put refills on a subscription they ship every 28 days so they arrive before you run out, and you can pause or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us.
