90-Night Guarantee

Give your dog three full months with the fountain. If they will not drink from it, if it does not suit your home, or if you simply change your mind, tell us inside 90 nights of delivery and we refund every cent. No questions asked.

How it works

Email support@averyscove.com with your order number any time within 90 nights of delivery
We reply within one business day with return instructions
Send the fountain back and keep your tracking receipt
Your refund is issued once it reaches us — usually 5–7 business days

You keep the free gifts

The filters, dental additive, travel bottle and splash mat are yours either way. You do not need to send the accessories back, and we do not deduct them from your refund.

Give it a fair few days first

Most dogs investigate a moving stream within a few hours, but cautious dogs can take three or four days. Place the fountain where the old bowl was, leave the bowl beside it for two days, then take the bowl away. If your dog still refuses it after that, the guarantee is there for exactly this reason.

One guarantee claim per household
The fountain should come back complete — basin, pump and cable
Used filters and part-used additive do not need to be returned
Refunds go back to the original payment method; original shipping is refunded when an order arrived faulty or incorrect
