Overview
This website is operated by Pavi. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pavi. We sell stainless steel dog water fountains and the filters and accessories that go with them. By browsing this site or placing an order you accept the terms and policies set out here.
Ordering
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to place an order. An order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order — including one already confirmed — where stock has run out, a price or description was published in error, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel after payment, you are refunded in full.
Sizes and models
Fountains are offered in a Big Dog and a Small Dog size, and in Essential and Pro models. Capacities and dimensions are approximate and taken by hand, so allow a small tolerance. Screens vary, so the finish you see may not match the steel exactly. Neither counts as a fault, but both are covered by the 90-night guarantee.
Pricing, offers and free gifts
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and exclude shipping, which is calculated before you pay. Any struck-through price is the standard price for that item, and the price beside it is what you pay today. Bundle and two-fountain offers apply the discount automatically and cannot be combined with other promotions unless we say so. Free gifts are included while stock lasts and have no cash value. We may change prices, withdraw an offer or limit quantities per customer at any time; changes never affect orders already confirmed.
Guarantee, warranty and care
Every order is covered by our 90-Night Guarantee and a 5-year warranty on the fountain hardware — see Warranty Registration. Please follow the setup and cleaning instructions in the box. Damage caused by dropping, dishwashing parts marked hand-wash only, running the pump dry, or using filters not made for the fountain is not a manufacturing fault.

Health claims
Our products are hydration and care accessories, not veterinary medical devices. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition in animals, and individual results vary. Always speak to a licensed veterinarian about your dog's health.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep product descriptions, imagery, stock levels and prices accurate, but we are not liable if information on this site is incomplete or out of date. Where an obvious error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before shipping and offer to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Intellectual property
The Pavi name, our photography, and the text on this site belong to us. You are welcome to share them; you may not use them to sell or advertise another product.
